The Mariëndaal Centre of Excellence comprises approximately 34,000 square meters of gross floor area. All four office floors of the compact and ‘donut’ shaped building, allow for various office concepts. The predominantly glazed ground floor follows the natural topography of the surrounding landscape. Adam Visser, GROUP A architects: “As construction continues to progress the contours of the building become visible, and the relationship between building and landscape tangible.”
